The Soulful Living Co held such a beautiful and safe space for us to explore our bodies. The guidance throughout helped to stay connected to self and go deeper into the experience. If we haven’t met yet, let me share a bit about myself.

Like many women, I spent my younger years caught in patterns that kept me disconnected — from myself, from my truth, from my power. I come from a lineage of strong, resilient women who taught me how to survive, strive, and work hard. But they also taught me to suppress — to bury emotion, intuition, and the innate feminine gifts of healing and feeling.

For years, I fought my feminine nature. I chased success. I climbed ladders. I reached the top, only to find myself deeply unfulfilled and painfully disconnected. That moment marked the beginning of my return — a soul-led descent into the depths of my feminine lineage and the reclamation of who I truly am.

This journey awakened my path as a transformational coach, energy healer, and mentor for women ready to rise. Today, I hold space for women to remember their power through a unique combination of:

  • Kundalini Activation

  • Ancestral & Somatic Healing

  • Shadow Work & Feminine Alchemy

  • Soul’s Purpose Mentor

  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

My work is deeply intuitive, trauma-aware, and grounded in both energetic transmission and practical integration. I blend the softness of the healer with the clarity of a leader, holding space that is both nurturing and catalytic.

Shakti Rising is more than a weekly event — it’s a living transmission of everything I’ve reclaimed: the power of presence, the wisdom of the body, and the truth that our feminine essence is not a weakness — it is our greatest strength.
